Kathy Pepper

Senior Partner/Managing Director
Kathy joined Ogilvy Durham in January 2008 as Senior Partner, Managing Director. She was formerly the EVP at SMITH, a North Carolina-based advertising and branding agency, running that agency’s Raleigh and Sarasota offices. In her 25 years in the industry, she has held a variety of executive positions in account direction, strategic planning, research and direct marketing, including a VP, account director role with Brann Worldwide (now Euro RSCG) and three years as VP, group account director with RBW in Raleigh. Kathy also co-founded Sinclair/Pepper in Raleigh, which she ran for eight years prior to joining RBW.
